FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to field of making of metallic catalysts, applied on porous carbon, with controllable dispersability of active components particles effective upon structure-sensitive reactions execution. Method of control of catalyst dispersability, including nanoparticles of platinum or palladium or nickel or argentums in quantity of 0.15-10 wt % applied to porous carbon, is described, at that dispersability of active component is controlled within range of 0.05 to 0.9 by treatment of its predecessors in atmosphere H2 at temperature of 250-350°C in presence of sal ammoniac, at that sal ammoniac NH4CI is added at one of stages of catalyst synthesis - after absorption of metal-complex predecessors of metal to carbonic carrying agent. Also method of control of catalyst dispersability, including nanoparticles of platinum or palladium or nickel or argentums in quantity of 0.15-10 wt % applied to porous carbon, is described, at that dispersability of active component is controlled within range of 0.05 to 0.9 by treatment of its predecessors in atmosphere H2 at temperature of 250-350°C in presence of sal ammoniac, at that sal ammoniac NH4CI is generated due to catalytical destruction of surface nitrogen compounds of carbonic carrying agent upon their contact with metal in presence of chlorine and hydrogen ions.
EFFECT: proposal of effective method of control of dispersability of metallic catalysts, applied to porous carbon.
