FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixed solid rocket fuel (MSRF). The method of making solid rocket fuel charge which is tightly bonded to the rocket casing involves preparation of a bonding composition, vulcanising additive, depositing the bonding composition on the inner surface of the rocket casing with thermal-protective coating, depositing vulcanising additive onto the bonding composition, preparation of fuel based on oil-extended polybutadiene rubber SKDM-80TM, filling the rocket casing with said fuel and hardening. The bonding composition is prepared using polyester urethane rubber with terminal epoxy urethane groups PPG-3A as binder. The vulcanising additive is prepared from quinol ether QE-1 and ethylacetate.
EFFECT: invention provides for strong bonding of fuel with the rocket casing.
