FIELD: fuels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of development of solid propellant fuel charges and can be used as an armouring adhesive coating of highly filled polymer compounds (energy condensed systems) and as filling compounds in electronics, electrical and radio engineering, construction. A charge of solid propellant fuel made in form of a block, armoured along the outer surface with an armouring coating with a thickness of 1.5 to 5 mm. A composition based on polyether urethane rubber with end epoxyurethane groups (PPG-3A), epoxy resins based on 4,4'-dioxyphenylpropane with a molecular weight of 340 to 600 (ED-20) and a dehydrochlorination product of dehydrochlorohydrins obtained through condensation of epichlorohydrin with water under the action of an acidic catalyst (UP-655) is used as a polymer coating. A stabilised liquid mixture of aromatic amines is used as a curing agent, a mixture of ammonium polyphosphate and a mineral filler is used as a filler, diatomic phenol is used as a hardening accelerator. The composition therein contains epoxyurethane rubber PPG-3A 80 to 120 mass parts, epoxy resin ED-20 40-60 pts. wt., epoxy resin UP-655 50 to 70 pts. wt., mineral filler 10 to 170 pts. wt., ammonium polyphosphate 10 to 100 pts. wt., aromatic hardener 20 to 40 pts. wt., hardening accelerator 3 to 10 pts. wt.
EFFECT: technical result is increased deformation properties in the temperature range of 60°C below zero to 60°C above zero and a lower glass transition point.
