FIELD: rocket fuels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to charges of solid rocket fuel as an armoring adhesive-active coating of highly filled polymer compositions. A charge of solid rocket fuel, made in the form of a stick, armored on the outer surface with an armoring coating, with a thickness of 1.5 mm to 5 mm, while a composition based on polyestherurethane rubber with end epoxyurethane groups, epoxy resins based on 4,4’-dioxyphenylpropane with a molecular weight of 340 to 600 and a product of dehydrochlorination of dehydrochlorohydrins obtained by condensation of epichlorohydrin with water under the action of an acid catalyst are used as a polymer coating, a stabilized liquid mixture of aromatic amines is used as a hardener, diatomic phenol is used as a curing accelerator, melamine polyphosphate is used as a filler, which makes it possible to increase the moisture resistance and thermal protection properties of the coating, while the composition contains, in weight fractions: 80-120 polyestheruretane rubber, epoxy resin based on 4,4’-dioxyphenylpropane 40-60, epoxy resin as a product of dehydrochlorination of dehydrochlorohydrins 50-70, melamine polyphosphate 10-100, stabilized liquid a mixture of aromatic amines 20-40, a curing accelerator 3-10.
EFFECT: invention provides high deformation properties of the charge armoring coating in the temperature range from -60° to +60° with high moisture resistance and thermal protection ability.
