FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to perhydropolysilazane based coatings, deposited on metal surfaces to obtain light protective coatings which can be cleaned. A coating is proposed for depositing on metal surfaces, obtained from a composition which contains from 10 to 20 wt % perhydropolysilazane of formula 1 where n is an integer which assumes values such that, the average molecular weight of perhydropolysilazane ranges from 150 to 150000 g/mol, a solvent and a catalyst, as well as one or more concomitant binders. After solidification, the coating has thickness of 2 to 20 mcm. Also proposed is use of the coating for anticorrosion protection, dirt repulsion effect and resistance to scratching, as well as method of depositing protective coating on a varnished metal surface.
EFFECT: obtaining coating which, after depositing, has strength and resistance to scratching, can be easily cleaned and can protect from corrosion and dust eating.
