FIELD: construction, hydrotechnical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to erection of water-engineering systems on perpetually frozen soils. Water-engineering system comprises earth dam with freezing pipes arranged along dam and creating a continuous ice-and-soil wall in central zone of dam, being joined with perpetually frozen soils of foundation, and spillway installed between two dead sections of dam and comprising head part, spillway sill with side walls of which is made of concrete, arranged above central zone of dam or above perpetually frozen soils and freezing with bodies of freezing pipes is fixed to them in a waterproof manner, spill part arranged in the form of tray with high-velocity longitudinal incline and with baffle sills providing for creation of hydraulic jumps and arranged on tray bottom between its side walls, to every of which a downstream fill of dam dead section adjoins, end part made in the form of downstream apron. Body of freezing pipe is made of metal, has specified dimensions of diametre and thickness of wall, and within the limits of spillway sill of spillway, ground part of each freezing pipe is arranged as adapted to its partial flooding with water flow. Additionally spillway comprises at least two pipes made of metal, which are arranged along tray on its bottom by one at each side wall of tray and provide for passage of small low-water flows via spillway. Inlet sections of pipes cross body of spillway sill and are fixed to this sill, and outlet sections of pipes are located within the limits of spillway end part or outside, besides bottom of tray, its side and baffle sills are made of gabions filled with stones and connected to each other by means of wire to make an integral flexible gabion structure of tray, which at the bottom and on the sides is enclosed into water-impermeable membrane. Gabions of baffle sill are arranged with on upper side relative to direction of water flow from rigid transverse element attached to pipes and adjoin it.
EFFECT: invention reduces volumes of earth and concrete works, increases reliability and repairability of spillway.
