FIELD: thermal energy meters.

SUBSTANCE: apartment device-distributor of cost consists of temperature sensor on each heating device of apartment and communication line with microprocessor device for distribution of apartment (MDD.A). MDD.A is multifunctional and multichannel, calculating in standard units the amount of heat energy, supplied by all heating devices of one apartment or more, and has information connection with information processing device – microprocessor input registration device (MRD.I).

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of automatic quarterly accounting of heat energy by performing daily and monthly automatic distribution and registration of heat energy, accounted for by general input accounting unit, by flats, regardless of the number of risers in them, based on shared consumption in conventional units and prices in conventional units.
