FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: test bench comprises a base, a guide set on it, two coaxial sample gripping units placed in the guide, a speeding-up device including a flywheel with its rotary drive, a bar with its end being kinematically connected to the first gripping unit, a device for producing friction interaction of the bar and the flywheel, a dynamic load producing unit including weight elements set in the guide and able of travelling, a slide assembly with a drum set between the second gripping unit and the weight elements, a cam mounted on the drum, an elastic element connecting the cam and the second gripping unit, and a drum rotation device. The first gripping unit is fixed on an additional drum fitted by a device for its rotation; both gripping units are able of rotating around their axis.
EFFECT: increased data volume by testing under continuous alteration of the sample bend directions.
