FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, to devices for testing samples, mainly rocks, for strength. The stand contains a base, a guide mounted on it, an accelerating device, including a flywheel with a drive for its rotation, a rod placed in the guide, a device for creating frictional interaction of the rod with the flywheel, a sample gripper interacting with the rod. A platform is additionally installed on the stand, which is fixed on the base perpendicular to the axis of the rod, a gripper is installed on it with the ability to move along the platform, devices for lateral compression of the sample are fixed on the gripper according to the number of compression directions, a gripper position lock is installed on the platform, and a striker is installed on the rod.
EFFECT: expansion of the technological capabilities of the stand under loading both fixed and arbitrarily specified surface areas of both uncompressed and compressed samples.
