FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: cutter comprises frame, vertical shaft with metal disk joined to reducer, rotor with knives and vibrator. Vibrator is connected to pulse source of power supply. Vibrator used is flat inducer, which is arranged above metal disk. Pulse source of power supply is represented by magnetic pulse plant connected to board network of tractor.
EFFECT: such design solution makes it possible to improve efficiency of soil cultivation due to high frequency and amplitude of generated oscillations, and also to reduce power inputs.
