SUBSTANCE: device comprises hopper, grinding chamber, bed former in the form of two plates, mechanism of vertical displacement of bed former plates from working position into transport position and rotary mechanism, which provides for divergence of bed former plates from vertical position to form inclined side walls of bed. Feeding horizontal hopper is installed in hopper, above which feeding drum and drum-accelerator are serially installed from the loading side, which are equipped with blades fixed along helical line perpendicular to drum surface. Blades of feed drum and at least one blade of accelerator drum, which is installed in its central part, are arranged radially. Blades of accelerator drum are fixed with displacement from radial location with the possibility to provide for directed movement of solid organic materials particles to form side walls of bed. Grinding chamber has sides and front wall, which is hingedly connected to hopper, on which from the side of internal surface there are grinding pins installed. Front wall of grinding chamber is made of separate plates hingedly joined to each other, with the possibility to vary its curvature radius.

EFFECT: invention provides for directed displacement of organic material particles to form inclined walls of bed with increased extent of organic material particles grinding.
