FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry engineering. Lignosulphonates are obtained in a container for modifying by evaporating bisufite liquor after boiling cellulose on a magnesium-sodium base and reaction with oxyethylated monoalkylphenol based on propylene trimmers (isononyl) of formula C9H19C6H4O(C2H4)nH. Stirring is continued for 1.5 to 2 hours at temperature of the components not below 30°C. Lignosulphonates are used to obtain a binder which contains the following, in wt %: liquid technical lignosulphonates 99 to 99.7, modifier 0.3 to 1.0.
EFFECT: simplification of method of producing a binder for moulding and core mixtures with given technical characteristics.
