FIELD: compositions based on water-soluble ligno-containing materials. SUBSTANCE: binder may be in preparation of molding and core sands in iron, steel and nonferrous casting, in veneer production as cement, in production of magnesite, briquetting of loose materials and in ore flotation in capacity of flotation agent. The binder contains the following ingredients, wt. %: ligno-containing material in the form of liquor concentrate from wood bisulfate cooking with content of dry matter of not less than 50%, 95-99: modifier in the form of mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of monoalkylphenols of C₁₉H₁₉C₆O(C₂H₄O)₁₁H composition, 1-5.
