FIELD: energetics.

SUBSTANCE: automotive wind generator comprises a shaft, a generator mounted on a support with windings on the shaft, a polygonal prism with blades setting with a connected conical part. A windscreen is fixed at an angle and on the cabin before the conical part. The blades are fastened by bolts or welded at an angle to the prism faces so that they can turn by 90° with closely pressing of the blades to the prism faces surface by the storm wind. The blades are fitted by springs; one spring end is connected to the blade, the other one - to the prism face. The springs are set so that to ensure such turn of the blades in case of storm wind which provide for the close pressure of the blades to the face surfaces.

EFFECT: invention allows for the use of two wind flows: forced wind at the car motion and natural wind at its staying still.
