SUBSTANCE: hand cart comprises frame made from horizontal and interjointed vertical tubular elements and four swivel wheels. Horizontal tubular elements support first pair of support plates rigidly attached thereto. Second pair of support plates is arranged perpendicular the support plates of first pair and rigidly linked up with them via corner plates. Support plates of said second pair feature vertical cutouts. Third pair of support plates is arranged below lower barrel hoops. Gripping device represents two flat plates. Top and bottom parts of side faces of the latter, on the side of rear wheels, have arc-like supports rigidly attached thereto, while, on the side of front wheels, they have flexible belts with coupling locks attached to them. Said flexible belts have rotational axles arranged at their centres. Barrel lifting assembly represents, in its vertical plane, a two-link mechanism. One ends of first link of the latter are jointed to third pair support plates and second pair support plates to move vertically, while opposite ends of first links are rigidly linked with links to form right angle with its apex directed downward. Free ends of second links are rigidly jointed to pressure pedal. Gripping device control assembly represents a handle furnished with a lock.
