SUBSTANCE: according to invention, proposed turn-over device has tube secured by one end on vertical lever, flexible cable passing inside tube and secured on vertical plates of gripping device, brackets, one of which is rigidly secured on vertical lever, and the other, on free end of tube. Said end of tube, on its lower side, is provided with stop for engagement with inner end hoop of cask bottom. Bushing with cutout in upper part is secure on vertical lever over tube for turning. Pusher and control handle of turn-over device are rigidly secured on diametrically opposite sides of bushing. Each vertical plate of gripping device is spring-loaded and secured for turning in vertical plane on axles passing through corresponding bracket and is provided with gripping projection of lower end.
