FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: cap comprises an opening indication device, fitted by fragile seals and a valve unit interacting with a support unit connected to the vessel neck. The said valve unit comprises at least one first part and at least one second part adjoining each other along the peripheral edge of the said opening indication device; the size of at least one second part which is measured in the direction transverse to the said peripheral edge is exceeding the respective size of at least one first part which is measured in the direction transverse to the peripheral edge. At least one second part comprises an active surface and at least one first part comprises an additional active surface; the said active surface provides for shearing stress which ensures destruction of the said seals when the said cap is removed from the neck; the additional active surface provides for tensile stress which ensures destruction of the seals when the cap is removed from the neck. Proposed are the vessel fitted by the said cap and the closing unit comprising the said cap.

EFFECT: new improved cap which does not allow for its opening without this fact being clearly indicated by the opening indication unit.
