SUBSTANCE: proposed retainer comprises retaining ring with dispensing channel, multiple separate retaining edges and multiple retaining chambers. Said dispensing channel is formed by wall with top section. Every said retaining edge is arranged adjoining wall top section. Every said retaining chamber is formed, at least partially, by wall top section and one of multiple retaining edges. Retaining ring represents integral component. Circular valve retainer comprises also the flap arranged, at least, partially with the limits of retaining ring and having proportioning and retaining sections. At least part of retaining section is arranged, in fact, within the limits of multiple retaining chambers. Available is another version of said device and container neck corking device.
