FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: automated system of examining chemical fibres includes a heat-chamber, system for measuring fibre tension, system for controlling temperature in the heat-chamber, system for collecting, processing and displaying information. The system also includes a system for putting fibres into the heat-chamber, a system for receiving fibres from the heat-chamber, for example rollers with an electric drive, a system for controlling the angle of position of the rollers of the system for putting fibres into the heat-chamber, a system for controlling speed of the rollers of the system for putting fibres into the heat-chamber, a system for controlling the angle of rotation of the rollers of the system for receiving fibres from the heat-chamber, a system for controlling speed of rollers of the system for receiving fibres from the heat-chamber, a system for controlling tension in the fibres, a program control system, which automatically executes the examination program.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtaining indirect evaluations of parametres of the structure of polymers and provides for direct control of structural characteristics of polymers.
