FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: additives to polymers which form granules are mixed with each other. The mixture is converted to a mass which is suitable for processing and is forced through a channel. The moulded filament-like extruded mass is cooled and, while still in processing state, it is moulded into granules by rolling plastic material with crush rollers and moulding rollers, where the distance between the rollers is regulated and the least distance determines the size of the granules, die moulding, cooling and crushing.
EFFECT: granules obtained this way have a uniform shape and a distinguished by excellent technical characteristics with subsequent processing.
