FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of test engineering and can be used as utility metre calibration tool the blade wheel of which is connected with counting mechanism via magnetic half-coupling. The device contains body 11 with seat for fixed installation of counting mechanism 7, synchronous motor 1, electromagnetic coil 4 mounted via reduction gear 2 on motor shaft, electromagnetic coil supply current switch, optoelectronic head 9 and pulse counter 10. Movable U-shaped core of the coil 5 is executed with possibility to form magnetic coupling with half-coupling 6 of counting mechanism.
EFFECT: invention simplifies technological check of counting mechanism quality.
