FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing of the nonmagnetic rotational drive provided with a seat made of a sleeve for locking magnetic meter units to be tested. One unit receives impeller, and the other one receives indicating instrument. The rotational drive has stator windings of a rectifier motor arranged in the housing from the side of the bottom of the seat and two pickups of the motor rotor position made of the Hall generators arranged on the sides of two adjacent stator windings. The device also comprises power source, unit for commutating stator windings from the signals of the pickups of rotor position, unit for control of the winding commutation, controllable power source for stator windings, unit for switching on and off the rotational drive once it reaches a given velocity of rotation, DAC, and indicator of the speed of rotation of the unit to be tested.
