FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biology and medicine, namely to immunodiagnosis. The method implies count of endothelial receptor of protein C/activated protein C (EPCR) autoantibodies in the sample. High levels of EPCR autoantibodies observed are associated with higher risk or susceptibility of an individual to development of autoimmune diseases, vascular diseases or pregnancy complications.
EFFECT: there is offered method for estimating risk of development and propensity for pathology associated with EPCR autoantibodies observed.
