SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, namely to pulmonology. Low-intensity infrared laser radiation of arsenide-gallium nature with frequency of 600 Hz affects zone of projection in thoracic cage of inflammatory infiltrate. At first borders of radiation zone are marked on skin of thoracic cage, then area of radiation zone is identified, as well as duration of radiation. Patients younger than 60 years old without associated diseases, with saturation of haemoglobin with oxygen of 95% and higher with exposure dose of radiation - 0.2 mJ/cm² per session. Patients of 60 years old and older and/or patients having associated disease, and/or patients with saturation of haemoglobin with oxygen below 95% - with exposure dose of radiation of 0.02 mJ/cm² per session. In case patient complains of unproductive cough and/or pain in thoracic cage related to breathing and coughing, after radiation with frequency of 600 Hz, radiation is carried out with frequency of 1500 Hz. In case patient complains of productive cough, and size of infiltrate is more than 1 segment of lung, after radiation with frequency of 600 Hz, radiation with frequency of 80 Hz is executed. Exposure dose of radiation for each frequency makes 1/2 of exposure dose per session.

EFFECT: method provides for reduced intensity of initial disorders of systematic microcirculation, decreased undesired reactions, lower radiation load.
