FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves administering complex nutrient support containing biologically active additives, containing chlorine, at a dose depending on protein insufficiency manifestation intensity. Radiation is transcutaneously applied at wavelength corresponding to photosensitizer absorption spectrum. Session duration is set on the basis of hemodynamic data to obtain 170 ml of circulating blood. Radiant cell is continuously moved during the session over skin surface along blood vessel projection without breaking contact with the skin surface. Irradiation duration in a point is not to be longer than 2 s. Laser radiation exposure dose is not to be higher than 20 mJ/cm2.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved patient metabolism status; avoided secondary exacerbation phenomena; reduced risk of adverse side effects.
