JET OF TYPE "WINTER" Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B05B3/12 F23D11/36

Abstract RU 2376072 C2

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for blending and feeding of regulated consumption liquid for cooling, washing, cleaning of products, and more particular, to spray atomisersand is provided for usage, mainly, in cooling systems of working mill roller. Jet regulated automiser contains casing with internal cyllindrical cavity, in which there are inlet and outlet openings, nozzle with outlet slotted nozzle, installed at outlet from discharge opening, insertion, locate din inner cyllindrical cavity with ability of overlapping of slotted nozzle and mounted with ability of movement from spiral drive, herewith longitudinal axis of inner cyllindrical cavity is located perpendicularly to the direction of liquid outflow, spiral drive is located by longitudinal axis of cyllindrical cavity and is implemented in the form of shaft with two differently directed section of thread with restrictive clamp between them, and insertion is implemented in the form of two discs, corresponding the diametre of cyllindrical cavity, each of which is mounted on corresponding section of thread with ability of reciprocal interlocking and fixed against rotation inside the cylindrical cavity, for instance, by dowel. On jointing surface of disc there are implemented identical mating semi-cylindrical and quarter-spherical hollowss, herewith spherical section is located from the side of automiser. Admission opening of automiser casing is implemented as oval, and its sectio area exceeds area of effective cross-section of automiser at level of axis of cylindrical cavity at maximal moved apart discs, discharge opening of automiser casing is implemented as rectangular with curvature at corners, and area of its section is part of area of admission opening, herewith discharge slotted automiser of nozzle is implemented in the form of elongated channel with profile generatrix, for instance conic or conoid, appearing in the direction of liquid outflow. Nozzle is implemented in the form of replaceable lamellar element from titanic alloys or metals carbides, connected to automiser casing by structure of "dovetail" type. Surface of restrictive clamp of shaft of spiral drive is outfitted by joined in the middle by sections of differently directed triangular or trapezoidal thread.

EFFECT: invention provides increasing of correcting range of liquid, providing of equitability of liquid dispersion in jet.
