FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling industry, mainly to device for pressing of winded strip to baller roll, installed in tailpiece of continuous pickling lines in etching sections of departments for cold rolling of strip. Device for pressing of winded strip to roll contains top and bottom clamping rollers, installed over and under drum of baller. Rolls are mounted on ends of swinging arms, other ends of which are installed in bearing assemblies, fixed for lever of top roller on casing of the device for feeding of strip into baller, for lever of bottom roller - at individual frame. Swinging arms are pivotally connected to rods of hydraulic actuators, installed on bearing assemblies, fixed on casing of device for insertion of strip into baller and on individual frame.

EFFECT: it is provided reduction of cropping of the last coils of strip at its winding into reels after etching on continuous etching aggregates, exceeding of strip quality, durability of equipment and productivity of aggregates.
