FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: multilayer aerostatic shell which is filled with electrons has a negatively charged inner surface and consists of several layers, the three innermost layers of which form a cathode, an anode and a battery separator filled with electrolyte. The number of electrons in the shell does not exceed the number of hydrogen molecules, which, under the same conditions, can fill a shell with the same volume, greater by MH/Me times, where MH is mass of the hydrogen molecule, Me is electron mass.

EFFECT: reduced weight.
