FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and may be used for manufacturing bored piles to be used in industrial and civil works, both in erecting new buildings and structures basis and foundation and reinforcing existing foundations of reconstructed or renovated buildings. Pile rolling device for bored piles manufacture includes hollow drive shaft, cylindrical and tapered rollers. The generating lines of rollers are placed at an angle to the longitudinal axis of drive shaft. The angle top is directed to the head part of the device. The head part of drive shaft located before the main roller is represented with a tip part. Cylindrical and conical rollers are rigidly connected with drive shaft. The before mentioned tip part is hollow and double spiral. Spiral vanes of the tip end up with cutters. Cross section square of one spiral vane is reduced in the upper part of tip before the head roller. Two final rollers before tip are provided with channels forming the common channel. The said common channel is placed at an angle with its top being directed to the head part of drive shaft. The channel inlet is mated with tip hollow part.
EFFECT: improved carrying capacity of pile due to well wall reinforcing.
