FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to condensed fuel processing method, including solid combustible waste by means of pyrolysis and gasification of fuel organic constituent part. Processing method of condensed organic fuel by means of gasification in dense layer moving along cylindrical reactor axis involves fuel loading to reactor, supply of gasifying agent including oxygen to reactor on reactor side where solid derivatives are accumulated, loaded fuel moves along reactor axis, solid derivatives are discharged from reactor, dry products, pyrolysis products and combustion products in the form of gas product are discharged from reactor so that gasification is performed by subsequent fuel staying in warming and drying zone, pyrolysis zone, combustion (oxidation) zone and cooling zone, and gas flow is filtered through loaded fuel layer by subsequent passing through cooling zone, combustion zone, pyrolysis zone and warming and drying zone, water supply to reactor to combustion zone and/or cooling zone, where temperature of solid derivatives is more than 400°C. Process is performed in reactor rotated about its axis and located at an angle to horizon within 22 to 65 degrees. Device used for implementation of this method is described.

EFFECT: improving processing efficiency of combustibles, including fine ones and those prone to sintering, thus obtaining combustible gases which can be used as fuel.
