FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to stationary systems of simultaneous determination of wind velocity in water area, sea surface disturbance and dynamic underwater noise in water area, preliminary data processing, data transfer to consumer, as well as it can be used as metrological provision during adjustment (calibration) of disturbance parametre measuring instruments installed on movable sea objects and aircrafts. Device includes hydrophones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, preliminary amplifier 6, communication line 7, wide-band amplifier 8, spectrum analyser 9, spectrum section selection unit 10, water noise classification unit 11, wind velocity determination unit 12, sea disturbance determination unit 13, synchronisation and control unit 14, satellite navigation measuring module 15.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of the device and improving accuracy during hydrometeorological surveys of water area of sea polygon.
