SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave engineering and is meant for fast switching high power broadband waveguide transmission lines. The waveguide switch comprises concentrically arranged stator (1) and rotor (2) with waveguide channels, narrow walls of which lie in a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotor (2), control unit, upper (5) and lower (6) base and actuating device, made in form of a micromotor, quill driver, cam, dog, springs, L-shaped retainers, lever, adjusting and locking screws and microswitches, and a control unit. The micromotor is placed coaxially with the rotor and is mounted at the lower base. There is a cam with a dog at the shaft of the micromotor.
EFFECT: fast transmission of electromagnetic waves, as well as reduction of losses during transmission of electromagnetic waves.
