FIELD: physics; communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method of confirming delivery of mail documents. The method involves delivery of a document to a protected box by a sender. The document is entered into a delivery box, copied and the copy is sent to one of the following persons: sender, predefined receiver and administrator. The sender is provided with a copy of the document when the document is delivered to the protected box. An additional copy of the document is sent to the predefined receiver when the copy is delivered to the sender. The system comprises a delivery box, a conveying device, a copying device in the delivery box. The conveying device lies between the input and copying device and between the copying device and the output of the delivery box.
EFFECT: possibility of the sender confirming delivery of a document.
