SUBSTANCE: invention relates to certification of electronic messages with a recognized electronic signature. For this, a communication operator confirms forwarding of a certified electronic message from a client-user of said operator to another user who is not a communication operator client, necessarily considering recognized electronic signatures and preserving the continuity of the chain of security of messages during their transfer and certification, mandatory generation of confirmation of transaction so that it can be used as evidence in any court or as a reliable indicator of this transaction.
EFFECT: technical result is efficiency of certified electronic message delivery.
