FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: system and method use and supplement Internet with the help of a mail server and software connected to Internet. A sender and a recipient have terminals, which are also connected to Internet. To select sending electronic mail with certain premium services, the sender uses the recipient's software. The system and method include functions of premium services payment and accounting of usage. The system and method may operate on multiple servers, which are in one or different places. The mail server and software may be used only to process data about the message and/or to send it. Connections between the sender, the recipient and the mail server may create a likeness of a virtual Intranet. The transmitted electronic mail uses these messages to identify the sender, to authenticate and check electronic mail and to manage its processing.
EFFECT: making it possible to assign priorities, to sort and to manage electronic mail.
