SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. The technical outcome is achieved due to that, the device includes a memory unit for storing a set of pre-recorded data, and a message exchange module, designed for selecting, editing and/or sending selected messages to a second subscriber, who receives the messages in voice form, through which conversation can be established in a mode which is noiseless for at least one of the subscribers.
EFFECT: provision for sound communication with possibility of noiseless selection and transmission of audio messages.
