SUBSTANCE: invention relates to provision of conference communication, specifically to a switching system for distribution of voice packets. For this purpose, setting up a call between a terminal device of a user of the MVNO and an additional terminal device, collecting and storing metadata of the call from the user terminal of the MVNOand additional terminal device and allocation of audio data call in isolated parts of audio data using switching controller inside platform of operator of mobile virtual network (MVNO). Method then includes detecting from the terminal devices of the user of the MVNO and the additional terminal device that consent has been obtained for storing the isolated portions of the audio data, and sending one or more isolated parts of audio data to a customer relationship management (CRM) system upon obtaining consent. At that, access to call listening and possibility of introduction of audio data into isolated parts of audio data are provided to a third party.
EFFECT: high information security of services provided by mobile virtual network operators (MVNO).
