SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for processing incoming calls. The expected result is achieved by performing a predetermined scenario on the user’s device, the result of which is the forwarding of an incoming call to a pre-selected incoming call processing device using incoming call forwarding tools, and the incoming call processing device performs, during a predetermined period of time, processing of an incoming call using voice data recognition and speech data synthesis using a pre-trained artificial intelligence subsystem, which is a combination of a recognition module, a speech synthesis module and a dialog manager module and is made with the ability to recognize the incoming audio stream and generate speech responses in accordance with the context of the recognized content of the incoming audio stream, and the artificial intelligence subsystem operating in real time has a limit of 2 seconds for phrase recognition and 60 seconds for the entire dialog.
EFFECT: increase in the performance of computing systems when performing the task in less time, thereby reducing the load on the central processors of computing devices.
