FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is proposed for production of tarry substances, essential oil, sterilisation/pasteurisation of preserved food products, baking of silicate materials by vapour impact on processed product, raw materials, materials and can be used in biochemical, food industry, building materials production. Device includes autoclave and steam generator connected with a tube on the outer side. There is a mechanism of working medium forced moving. There is a mechanism of water spraying in working medium behind the forced spraying mechanism. Behind the steam generator before entering of working medium into the autoclave there is a working medium mixing mechanism. Working medium goes through steam generator. Working medium is pointing from water spraying mechanism in working medium past steam generator. There are working medium quantity index sensors set on the intake end of working medium into the autoclave and exit end.

EFFECT: invention allows to decrease saturated vapour expenditure.
