FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with processing materials, in particular, products from artificial stones prepared through chemically hardening initial limestone-sand blends at elevated temperatures. Method of processing such blends consists in isothermally aging product stock carried out at atmosphere pressure and 300-400 C. Such a procedure speeds up hardening of raw material, reduces downtime, increases efficiency and safety of production. According to invention, casing of apparatus is additionally provided with electrical heaters fixed on conducting buses in the middle space of casing and with water gate mounted in lower part of casing.
