FIELD: utilization of thermal energy of waste steam from industrial units; heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: intermediate heat-transfer agent is not used in steam converter. To this end, outlet of primary side of steam converter is connected with inlet of secondary side of the same steam converter by line which is provided with condensate cooler and heat consumer mounted in series; provision is also made for condensate receiver and pump. Besides that, accumulator is additionally connected with condensate receiver by means of drain line fitted with adjusting member operated by accumulator level regulator. Steam converter is provided with pressure regulator which controls delivery of steam from accumulator to steam converter. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency and operational reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
