SUBSTANCE: drill tool includes body with a shank to be fixed in a machine and a cutting element rigidly attached to the body and made in the form of a ring the axis of which coincides with axis of drill tool and having external and internal surfaces and edge surfaces; at that, on edge surface of cutting element, which faces drill tool feed, there are cutting teeth. For increasing the processing capacity, cutting element is provided at least with two radial parts passing from its internal surface to axis and having cutting edges crossing external surface of cutting element.

EFFECT: increasing in processing capacity.
