FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is related to the field of woodworking and may be used for production of composite material. Solution of polymerised monomer of furfuryl alcohol containing water, stabilisers in the form of borax and sodium salts of lignosulfonic acids, furfuryl alcohol and malic acid is filled into chamber. On the bottom of reservoir platform is preliminarily installed, to which wave guide of ultrasonic frequencies generator is rigidly fixed. Wood semi-finished products are stacked onto platform. Then ultrasonic oscillations are sent to wood stack. In 3-4 hours remainder of solution from chamber is pumped into tank. Then flavors are injected into chamber by means of pulveriser. In 0.25-0.33 hours from the moment of flavors injection ultrasound is switched off. Electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency is sent into chamber. Electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency is used to increase temperature of wood up to 70-80°C, and already composite material is dried to a required moisture for 3-5 hours. Besides during the last hour of drying, moisture is removed with vacuum pump from chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce energy costs in process of wood treatment, to increase strength and improve homogeneity of treatment.
