FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impregnation and drying of sawn timber. Every mixer or protective composition components consists of electrically driven cylindrical container with two-line blade mixer and autoclave. Autoclave is connected to high-frequency proportioning pump. Drying chamber is made up of two housings communicated horizontally. Every housing consists of box carcass rectangular tubes carcass and rectangular cylindrical plates welded together. One housing accommodates pile of sawn timber. Second housing accommodates ventilation and heat panels communicated via tubes and gates with vacuum pump and heat source. Sawn timber is impregnated by protective composition at excess pressure increased step-by-step. Drying is carried out in vacuum chamber by thermal vacuum vent flow of hot steam-air mix precipitated out from sawn timber. Sawn timber is preheated at atmospheric pressure and subjected to evaporation and curing in communicating periodically drying chamber with receiver periodically evacuated.
EFFECT: pollution-free dry, resistant to fire, bio and ambient effects.
