FIELD: personal demand items.

SUBSTANCE: plug that prevents filling-up of drinks in bottles includes internal orifice fixed in bottle neck and bearing movable stop valve, besides orifice also has protruding cylindrical part for installation of plug body equipped with external thread for cover screwing and having lower cylindrical part adjacent to external side of bottle neck, with thin shell that closes cove and cylindrical body unit fixed to external surface of neck from outside. Special cylindrical sealing element that creates cylindrical body fixed to upper part of bottle neck and embracing it, has upper protruding flange and lower protruding flange, bent inside under action of external thin shell arranged with the possibility of displacement along vertical in process of plug opening, so that specified flanges come out sue to their elastically pressed condition in case of release out of thin shell and prevent repeated lowering of specified external thin shell, besides specified flanges are left visible to demonstrate that bottle plug has previously been opened.

EFFECT: invention provides for development of new plug design, which prevents filling-up, which after its opening simultaneously and explicitly demonstrates two clearly visible criteria that evidence the fact that the bottle has been opened already.
