SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing facilities for bottles, for instance, with distilled beverages, that signal the first opening of the bottle. The cap for bottle sealing comprises a jacket, a rotary cover with a facility of unauthorised opening control and a drain unit, including drain and stop bushings that form a drainage chamber. The jacket is made as a whole with the stop bushing to form a fastening flange in the place of their connection, and the unauthorised opening control facility is made in the form of a matchable tear-off fixing tape, connected by two weakened lines in the form of thin links at one side with the stop part of the rotary cover and at the other side with the fixing flange arranged in the slot of the fastening flange of the jacket and fixed with the lining element of the jacket, and a L-shaped fixator is connected with a fracture element, in the form of a sector of a thin-walled cylinder, with the cover bottom. The matchable tear-off fixing tape has increased height and elements of friction for gripping with fingers at least at one end, the fixing flange of the tear-off tape has a bulge at the bottom, which is arranged in the slot of the fastening flange of the jacket, and the gap between the outer surface of the upper part pf the fastening flange and the surface of the jacket is less than the bulge size of the fixing flange of the tear-off tape. The L-shaped fixator is arranged in the niche of the side wall of the cover.

EFFECT: cap made according to the invention makes it possible to increase reliability of product sealing, to provide for visible signalling about the first opening of a bottle and ease of the first opening of a bottle.
