SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of environmental protection. Accessory for development of curvilinear motion of contaminated water is arranged in the form of channels formed by open cylindrical partitions installed one in another one, besides space limited with internal partition is communicated to outlet accessory by means of pipe. Valve is arranged with cavity communicated to accumulating tank and by means of pipe - to receiving reservoir, at the same time in valve cavity there is a valve installed being connected to drive, and this valve is arranged with the possibility of pipe closure and lifting valve with cavity. Peculiar feature of method is repeatability of cycle of accumulating reservoir filling with water for its complete filling.
EFFECT: invention provides for improvement of water treatment process efficiency.
