FIELD: rocket engineering.

SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to the field of rocket engineering, in particular to epoxide moulding composition for armoring of channel and channel-free insert charges with diametre from 300 to 700 mm from mix solid propellant. Epoxide moulding composition is produced by mixing of epoxide diane resin with low-viscosity triethylene glycol epoxide resin. Composition is hardened with low-viscous aromatic polyam with content of NH2-groups from 13.35% to 9.8%. Used low-viscous polyams are active hardeners and plasticiser. Application of low-viscosity aromatic polyam makes it possible to exclude use of polyethylenepolyamine.

EFFECT: hardened composition has higher moisture resistance, improved technological properties (viscosity and vitality).
