METHOD OF PREDICTING DESTABILISATION OF MICROBIOCENOSIS OF MAMMAL ORGANISM Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC C12Q1/18

Abstract RU 2377311 C2

FIELD: veterinary.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, ecology and pharmacology and can be used for determining influence of internal organism media or environmental factors on microbiocenosis of mammal organism biotopes. Liquid sample of internal organism medium or external environment in amount 1-10 vol % is added to culture of microorganisms association in liquid cultivation medium, containing bacteria of genera Bifidobacterium, Lactobacterium, Enterococcus and Escherichia coli, taken with ratio 1011:1010:1010:1010 CFU/l. Then culture of microorganisms association is mixed with liquid sample and obtained mixture is incubated at 37°C during 24 hours. After that ratio of components of microorganisms association is evaluated and prediction is made: absence of destabilisation of microbiocenosis of mammal organism under the impact of internal organism medium or external environment, correspondingly, in absence of not less than 100 times reduction of concentration of one of microorganisms association components. Destabilisation of microbiocenosis of mammal organism under the impact of internal organism medium or external environment, correspondingly, is observed in case of not less than 100 times reduction of one of components of microorganisms association.

EFFECT: universality and information value of prediction of destabilisation of mammal organism microbiocenosis.
