FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to medicine area, namely to an immunotherapy. Method for detecting neutrophilic traps is offered. Suspended neutrophils recovered from human peripheral venous blood and activated by various microorganisms fixed on a slide are dyed with acridine orange. The preparation is analysed by a luminescent microscope with using filters providing exciting light of wave length no more than 490 nm and emission of wave length 520 nm.
EFFECT: method allows accelerating and simplifying detection of neutrophilic traps and provoding the quantitative characteristic of their formation.
